I recently found a Titan Tornado on Ebay. It was never flown, but the guy who built it put a lot of time and money in avionics. Below I will detail the conversion of a ready to fly Titan Tornado into a fuel injected Extreme Titan.

First off, I Z-clipped the rear panels on and installed a piano hinge to allow me to show move of the conversion.

The first step to the conversion is to mount the fuel pumps, computers, filters, and coil packs. I located everything except the coil packs behind my rear seat.

Next, Mount the breaker panel. I designed this breaker panel to allow for a much easyer instal. It is entirely plug and play and prewired. Starting at the top, the large gage is a wide band air/fuel ratio gage that displays air fuel ratio. The next row, starting with the left is your primary 30 amp toggle switch, 50amp push pull breaker swith for alt, 30 amp toggle for you secondary system. the next row down are two knobs. The knobs allow adjustment of fuel maps up to 20 percent inflight. The two last rows are for computer breakers, coil breakers, fuel pump breakers and injector breakers.

We next install the motor. The first picture shows how I routed my coil wires stright down. The second pictures shows the water system , fuel system and air system.

I am not a pilot. I am a mechanical engineer. I will be taking lessons this month to get my license. This conversion took me three weeks of almost solid work. The engine pulls so much harder than a stock 912. It took me about 3 hours to tune the engine. I'll post some videos on UTube and add a link.
